Our client’s objective was to reinvent the customer journey by offering an amazing car shopping experience in the first automotive Metaverse Store in the world.
What we delivered
We supported our client in developing the first-of-its-kind automotive store in the Metaverse, enriching the buying experience with augmented reality features, creating an immersive digital human-driven brand experience.
The Metaverse Store replicates the ambience of a physical showroom. Once inside the virtual space, customers are greeted and accompanied by our specialized operators who expertly guide them through the product discovery, configuration, financing and purchase process.
We conducted the recruitment, selection and training of sales agents providing highly skilled profiles, both in automotive sales practice and digital funnel management too. Alongside we monitored every performance, encompassing sales metrics and the satisfaction of the entire customer journey. At its core, Assist Digital took a leading role in the declination of the complete automotive sales process within the virtual realm. We participated in the conversion of traditional offline discovery and sales procedures into an immersive digital customer experience, enriched by human interaction.
