I’m an outbound Agent and my work consists of activities from telemarketing to teleselling. What makes me proud is being able to convey trust and satisfy the customer’s needs, sharing goals with the team. In Assist Digital I found an open-minded environment and I think that is very important. This condition makes everyone ready to listen to each other to learn and find solutions together. It also leads to being creative, and more flexible and it helps to have even more new ideas. The Company supports me in working with success throughout training about new tools or sales methods but, even more importantly, through the trust they give me. I have worked here for many years, and it is a bright environment in which I feel like I am part of a family. My colleagues become my friends, and the Company pays attention to recognising the performances achieved by all of us.
