From January 15 to 17, our colleagues from Mannheim gathered in the scenic Alps of Nesselwang for the 2025 kick-off. Over three days, the focus was on strengthening team bonds, enhancing skills, and defining strategies for the year ahead.

This event was a valuable opportunity to align the entire team's expertise through interactive workshops, such as those led by Benjamin Wolf and Ralf Klatt, on the latest innovations like Agentforce. Participants not only stayed updated on the newest Salesforce developments but also created their first digital agent.

After the workshops, the snowy locations also provided the perfect backdrop for exciting activities like skiing, biathlon, and a torch-lit hike, making the event even more unforgettable.

The kick-off wrapped up with an awards ceremony celebrating the achievements of 2024, leaving the entire team inspired, motivated, and ready to embrace the challenges of 2025!
