We are proud to have contributed to such a disruptive project that shapes the future of the customer experience: a direct and human dialogue between Brand and its customers, in an immersive digital brand experience.
Virtual Automotive Sales Transformation
First of all, we conduct recruitment, selection, and training of sales personnel as well as monitoring performance, both referring to sales and the entire customer experience. But, ultimately, Assist Digital participates in the declination of the entire automotive sales process in the virtual world, transforming the offline discovery and sales activity in a digital customer experience, human-driven.
In fact, once inside the Fiat Metaverse Store, customers are greeted and accompanied by Sales Genius provided by Assist Digital, specialized operators and real persons, who help them discover, configure, purchase and financing the electric New 500 La Prima by Bocelli.

Sales Genius are professional profiles that require both automotive sales skills and digital skills so we’ve launched an elaborate selection of personnel. Furthermore, after an initial product training by Stellantis, Sales Genius also followed our training course on the online sales process.
