I help clients in identifying areas for conversational automation within their operations, collaborate on projects involving both voice and chat interactions, and coordinate Assist Digital's team of conversation designers. 

What fills me with pride about my work is the creation of a process and expertise almost from the ground up, pioneering the human centered business application of AI in language-related fields. I was also the first in Italy to create a team of excellence in Conversation Design. Essential aspects to achieving these goals are integration and hybridization of skills in design, linguistics, technology and data analysis.
