Working in this sector is like a roller coaster ride, it is very dynamic, fast and exciting. You can best adapt to it if you are focused on the solution and not on the problem. We soon discover that every problem has a solution, and the creativity we apply during problem-solving brings us a certain excitement, and satisfaction and motivates us for further work.

I've been working here since 2015. I’m the HR manager for two Croatian sites Rijeka and Zagreb, managing around 450 people, and being responsible for all the employees and employee-related operations. My role extends out of Croatian borders as a part of the international HR team and participating in various projects we are developing and implementing together. I’m proud to be able to participate and contribute to the continuous growth of Assist Digital, mostly to the development of our talented individuals who, thanks to their creativity, determination and capability, are guiding this growth forward. And I’m glad to recognize that our employees value our positive work environment, strong leadership, opportunities for growth that come with recognition, and the good work-life balance.
