Objective
Our client's objective is to develop an advanced AI-powered chatbot capable of efficiently handling a wide range of customer requests, accelerating operational processes, and reducing the number of live chat interactions. The solution aims to enhance service automation, optimize the user experience, and deliver fast, personalized responses, ultimately improving operational efficiency and increasing customer satisfaction.
What we delivered
We developed a hybrid AI-powered chatbot that seamlessly combines Deep Learning and Generative AI flows, leveraging Azure OpenAI GPT to provide intelligent, dynamic, and context-aware customer interactions.
The chatbot is fully integrated with the bank’s internal systems, allowing it to retrieve and process personalised customer data in real time. This ensures more relevant and efficient responses, enhancing both user experience and operational effectiveness.
Additionally, Generative AI has been implemented to automate chatbot quality assurance (QA) and KPI monitoring. This enables continuous performance evaluation and optimisation, ensuring that the chatbot evolves to meet changing customer needs while maintaining high service standards.
