Objective
Organised as different software teams, they have multiple digital products helping electricians select, purchase, install and maintain electrical products.
This ecosystem is however very fragmented and siloed therefore needed to be connected to create a seamless user experience from B2B to B2B2C.
What we delivered
By using a user centred approach we managed to mirror business goals with user expectations in order to build a relevant strategy and product roadmap.
We met users to first collect their inputs for their “as-is” journey and use it as an opportunity to draft future services allowing us to enhance their experience as well as create new profitable services.
We also conducted a collaborative ideation session with all Schneider Electric stakeholders to arrive at 3 final developed ideas to test with electricians. To ensure business buy-in and visibility, we co-created the Business Model Canvas of the service as well as a clear roadmap for MVP implementation.
