The objective is to provide both customers and prospects with a seamless, unified conversational interface across web and mobile applications, enabling a more efficient and intuitive support experience. This solution aims to centralize and streamline interactions by offering comprehensive assistance, covering administrative, technical, and commercial inquiries within a single AI-powered interface.
What we delivered
To enhance customer interactions and streamline support services, we implemented a conversational AI solution in two key phases, evolving over time to meet growing business and user needs.
- First release: our advanced AI engine, designed and developed in-house, featuring accurated front-end components designed to improve user engagement and automate customer support processes.
 - New release: a fully integrated chatbot solution connected with our client’s internal systems, leveraging Microsoft chatbot technology to provide a more seamless and efficient conversational experience. We played a crucial role in Conversation Design and Knowledge Engineering, ensuring the chatbot’s ability to understand, process, and respond to a wide range of customer queries with high accuracy.
