Our client needed a strategic partner to activate the cars’ innovative selling online to achieve new and challenging business objectives.
What we delivered
Strong of our deep knowledge of the automotive industry we provided services end-to-end becoming the strategic partner our client was seeking.
Through the supply of a wide range of solutions, we created a truly efficient and innovative system for online sales of new cars. We took full charge of the strategic direction of sales by defining the complete multi-channel business strategy for all nine brands of our client.
Starting from the design of a new operational model, we handled the recruitment and training of e-Sellers, specialised operators in online sales. Following an initial pilot phase, we are now fully engaged in the online sales management project. We govern the CRM systems and use service manager tools to track every touchpoint and interaction. We initiate constant quality monitoring of processes and customer experiences. We analyse sales performance and customer satisfaction to swiftly implement and enhance procedures, ensuring the achievement of business objectives.
However, our contribution does not end here, as we are expanding the sales portfolio to fuel growth in terms of volumes and market share, particularly in the B2B and electric vehicle markets, contributing to the development of our client's online business.
