Objective
Our client needed to manage online car sales, ensuring a smooth and efficient end-to-end lead management process. The goal was to maximise sales results by handling both inbound and outbound leads through the dedicated E-Seller team, while providing seamless customer support across multiple brands and European markets.
What we delivered
We provide support for all nine brands of our client, focusing on the following key activities::
- Automated back office: we cover key ares such document understanding and identitiy verification leveraging UiPath technology.
- Outbound activities: we execute marketing communications for sales, conducted Customer Satisfaction interviews, and managed follow-up contacts to enhance engagement and conversion.
- Inbound activities: we handle lead management for inbound calls and chats from customer platforms, ensuring seamless transfer from customer care to boost prospect engagement and online sales.
- Sales Services: we provide expert support on specific models and brands, assisted customers with model configuration through screen sharing, generated custom quotations, and simulated final pricing with personalised incentives and financial schemes.
- Multichannel contactability: we manage personalised communication across multiple channels—including phone, WhatsApp, warm-up SMS, and follow-up emails—adapting to different stages of the sales funnel.
- Support for electric vehicles: we delivere dedicated assistance for electric car users and charging-related inquiries, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
- AI agent for real-time sales assistance: project ongoing to analyse live conversations in realt time, identifying key topics and offering relevant guidance during calls with prospects, helping agents provide timely and accurate responses to enhance customer engagement.
